The old mill that lends its name to the restaurant, nowadays fulfills another mission, to keep the lampreys alive that were captured in Lima during the fishing season, being they one of the ex libris of the house (served between January and May) .
In the house attached to the mill is installed the restaurant, totally renovated in June 2017, now with a more modern yet cozy atmosphere and with all the amenities
